استفاده ی کیم کارداشیان از خون استفراغی زالو به عنوان لوسیون و ماسک صورت
Would you do anything to stay young? Specifically, would you let someone attach leeches to your body and mix the blood they sucked out of you into a mask to be smeared back onto your face? This is a real cosmetic procedure for those willing to go the extra mile to preserve their beauty. During a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Heather Dubrow discussed her experience with the vampire-friendly facial on-air. “Supposedly, the leech therapy brightens your skin, tightens your skin, and gives you a youthful glow,” said Dubrow. And she’s not the only celeb dabbling in this ancient medical treatment.
Actress Demi Moore traveled all the way to Austria for a “leech detox” and recounted her experience with the “high-level bloodsuckers” during an interview on the Late Show with David Letterman. “You just watch [the leech] swell up and it gets fatter and fatter and then when it’s super drunk on your blood, it just kind of rolls over like it’s stumbling out of the bar,” said Moore.
Filled with intrigue, we visited Silesian Holistic Center in Brooklyn to chat with one of the city’s hottest hiroudotherapist’s—that’s fancy language for “leech guy”—to get an inside look at the Organic Leech Face-Lift, an all-natural beauty treatment with a monster motif.
